Eden Valley Festival Heritage Walk on 16 June 2012 organised by the Edenbridge and District Historical Society.
The Wealden Iron Industry in the Cowden Area Start 9.30a.m. Saturday June 16th at Cowden Village Hall car park, Cowden, Kent.
Route will include furnace sites, sources of raw materials, including mine pits, and the homes of iron masters. Distance is 3 miles on footpaths and minor roads. Stout shoes and waterproofs required.
